SUBROSA Releases Solid Debut Track “GALAXY”

Australia has blessed us with another extremely talented local band called SUBROSA as they welcome into the world their debut track “GALAXY”, showcasing a soft shoegaze vibe that touches on a bit of synthwave, and featuring some rock roots that blissfully come together and swallow you whole from the very start. This delicious track travels in and out of your ears with fast drums and a tasty rhythm that easily will have you hooked.
“Sometimes a lover can flow into your life like a storm, open up new space for a brief moment and transport you to a different world. This track aims to capture that, painting these blissful but short-lived experiences in a way that’s hard, fast and all-consuming. That it can fight and be fought for and will burst through your door at any time to remind you. Amidst the pressure and intensity of this picture there is also an underlying questioning; of love versus infatuation, of getting lost in someone else’s world and ultimately whether these distinctions matter at all to a broader picture of connection and feeling.” The band describes. 
Hitting hard with nostalgic vibes from the starting instrumentals - I’m in love! The drums cascade down with the groove of the bass line as the shoegaze guitars melt softly in the background, creating an atmospheric, quality sound that holds strong for the lyrics.
