LLC DELIVERS DELICIOUS POP-PUNK SINGLE ‘ARE YOU OUT THERE’

Based in Sydney, Australia and returning for the third time this year is Lorenzo La Cava (or most known as LLC), who has notably delivered delicious renditions of many popular songs like ‘Teenage Dirtbag’ and ‘Use Somebody’ in the past. But now diving into his soul, he has reached in and pulled out some stellar tracks over the last year, including his latest track, ‘Are You Out There’ featuring Will Pugh (vocalist of Cartel). Produced and recorded in Nashville, Tennessee, the single stems from his admiration, love, and respect for the 00s’s alternative pop-punk sound, which is softly showcased and done perfectly on the single.

LLC says about the track: “AYOT was written during my solo ventures travelling round the USA, Canada & Mexico. I was inspired to put pen(cil) to paper & write what felt right. Which is ideally what the song is about, added with a little secret love interest longing for a new sense of home & (re)discovery”.

The four-minute track purely embodies the nostalgia and 00s’s pop-punk sound from the beginning to the last note, catapulting into a somewhat ballad of pop-punk goodness that expells the artists’ strong vocals upon an ocean of backing vocal melodies, creating a beautiful depth to the track and a feel for wanting more. The chorus has an instantly catchy hook through its soundscape while the lyrics quickly latch on and wrap around your brain.
LLC seems to capture the essence of the pop-punk sound and feelings effortlessly and has done so on all his releases, including ‘Are You Out There’.

With a robust and striking voice, LLC stands out instantly and can easily captivate listeners with his driven lyrics and energetic rhythm that give you strong nostalgia for your teen years of pop punk. ‘Are You Out There’ is a stellar track from the artist, and we cannot wait to see him continue to flourish through his songwriting talents.
