HEAVENSGATE Release Debut Track “Chemical Heaven” And Sign With Greyscale Records

It’s a great year for new Melbourne metal band HEAVENSGATE as they sign with Greyscale records and drop their debut single “Chemical Heaven”, which is one of the best heavy tracks that we at Electric Dreams Media have heard all year. Accomplishing big things already, it’s thrilling to see where this band is gonna go in the future, as they get ready to drop even more music before the year is up.
Static chugs of the guitar fill your ears before exploding into a monsterous rhythm section that will blow your mind, underlying the deep, dark screams from vocalist Nazareth Tharratt as they attack viciously but leave you wanting more. Heavy breakdowns in the pre-chorus brings brutality that will have anyone fully addicted to the band's sound. Making way for a hazy outro that draws the song flawlessly to an end.
"The song itself does not lean towards taking a stab at perpetrators of violent crimes, but rather shines light on the after effect that takes place in the life of victims, in themes such as self-medicating, grief, loss of identity and the ripple effect that carries on after a loved one suffers through abuse." Nazareth Tharratt explains.

The track puts on an emotive front by intertwining with a hard hitting sound that impacts listeners and which draws emotion to the surface through the power of the vocals.
