LANEWAY ANNOUNCE TRIPLE J UNEARTHED WINNERS TO PLAY ON 2025 LINE-UP
Last week came the announcement that we personally love over here at Electric Dreams Media. It’s when some amazing local talent from Triple J unearthed gets chosen to play on the line-up of Laneway Festival. It’s always so great to see smaller up and coming bands play on big stages and get the love that they deserve.
Five acts have been chosen to play on the 2025 line-up with the likes of Charli XCX, DJO, Remi Wolf, and many more. Check them out below and make sure to show them some love!
Gifted rapper Miles Nautu is set to open the festival in Brisbane on the 8th of February. For fans of Kendrick Lamar, Miles is an aboriginal artist based in Brisbane who creates crisp, catchy tunes that will have you hooked in a heartbeat.
Another sensational rapper DEVAURA will grace the stage in Sydney. Only just hitting the scene last year, the artist is known for an exceptional blend of R&B, disco, and soul sounds crafted into her own style that is not only unique but truly incredible.
Melbourne will be gifted with the indie rock band The Vovos who are certain to blow your brains out with their DIY Punk attitude and their forceful tracks, we already know for sure that are going to absolutely kill it on the stage next year.
On the 15th of February, Twine will be gearing up to take on Adelaide’s leg of the festival and with a new album under their belt they will have a lot to offer the festivalgoers down in the south.
Last but not least WA’s indie-pop friends smol fish will kick off in Perth on the 16th of Feb. Bringing the vibes and love to everyone around them.
Congratulations to all of the amazing artists chosen for next years Laneway Festival. They are all extremely talented and deserve a chance to shine bright in their states.
If you’re heading out to any date of the festival, make sure to get in early and support these guys!
